A woman stabbed during an assault in Dublin city centre two weeks ago has died.
The woman in her 40s was attacked near the IFSC while walking home from work on January 20th, and underwent emergency surgery at the Mater Hospital.
Gardai say she was pronounced dead at the Mater Hospital today.
A post mortem exam is due to take place which will determine the course of the investigation.
A teenager arrested three days after the incident is due back before the courts later this month.
