This is by far one of the most bizarre things we have seen in a long time. Ian Jeffreys was walking to work, in London, when he spotted a woman taking a man for a walk on a lead. Yes you read that correctly.
She was strolling along as if it was a completely normal thing to do. The man looks equally as unfazed by the whole scenario. Ian took to Twitter to share the sight which naturally spread like wildfire.
