Irish teen Eimear O’Tuathail is a massive fan of Ellen Degeneres, so much so that she wrote a song about her idol, called Hey Ellen.
The 17-year-old singer songwriter from Galway was flown to Los Angeles this week to appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and perform the track to millions of Americans watching at home.
Eimear played a blinder during the interview, chatting away about her time in LA and what inspired her to get better at playing the piano.
Ellen has posted the video of Eimear's interview and performance to her Facebook page with the caption: "I love when Irish people write songs for me."
The interview has been viewed over 3.5 million times since it was uploaded last night.
