The X Factor judges have arrived in Manchester, for the first day of auditions.
Simon Cowell, Cheryl Cole, Mel B and Louis Walsh walked the red carpet separately this afternoon
It's reported Cheryl is sitting beside Simon on the panel, because she's refusing to sit beside our Louis.
