For the first time ever in Ireland, Rocketman will be presented live in concert with a full 60 piece orchestra.
The iconic soundtrack will be performed live to picture at Bord Gáis Energy Theatre on 3rd June 2020.
The film will be projected onto a huge ultra-HD screen, whilst the orchestra on stage brings to life the stunning soundtrack - the music of Elton John.
Rocketman depicts the story of Elton John’s life and journey to becoming one of the most successful icons of popular music.
Directed by Dexter Fletcher and written by Lee Hall, the film sees award-winning actor Taron Egerton take on the lead role of Elton.
He sings Elton's biggest hits such as ‘Your Song’, ‘Tiny Dancer, ‘I’m Still Standing’, and more.
The film also stars Jamie Bell as Elton’s longtime lyricist and writing partner Bernie Taupin.
Richard Madden plays Elton’s first manager, John Reid, and Bryce Dallas Howard plays Elton’s mother Sheila Farebrother.
The 2019 film grossed over $195 million worldwide.
Tickets from €76.25 go on sale on Friday, 14th February at 9AM.
