Olly Murs has come a long way on the XFactor. After first appearing on the show as a contestant back in 2009, then got a job co-hosting the Xtra Factor with Caroline Flack and now he's helping Gary Barlow picks his acts to send through to the live show at judge's houses.
Olly has headed out to New York to help Gary make the tough decision – imagine, just a few years ago Olly spoke about how much of an idol Gary and Robbie Williams were to him.
Gary has said he has no time for people who aren't prepared to take the competition seriously and so has banned the acts from drinking and told the contestants it'll be make or break in this one performance.
