Dublin's biggest beer festival returns next month. From Thursday, September 14th to October 1st, the docklands will host Oktoberfest 2017 with 18 days and nights of ice cold German beer, fun and games and traditional German food.
There will also be a fairground at George's Dock this year along with live music every evening from the festival's house band Mostlandstürmer who play everything from traditional German music to hits from Robbie Williams and The Beatles. DJ Udo will also be playing non-stop tunes.
Food options at the event include bratwurst, steak, burgers, leberkäs, haxn, sauerkraut, roasted potatoes, hot dogs, burgundian ham, schmalzkuchen, crepes and more.
