Miley Cyrus has been responding to Sinead O’Connor’s open letter. Sinead pointed out how Miley was being “pimped” by the music industry who will be sunning themselves on their yacht while Miley is in rehab.
She fired back making reference to Sinead’s mental health problems which was pretty nasty and doesn’t seem interested in Sinead’s 4th Open Letter.
Miley said “If you wanna know my thoughts. I think she’s an incredible artist, an awesome songwriter and I was really inspired by her for my Wrecking Ball video which is how this all started. I don’t know how someone can start a fight with someone who has said I really love what you did”.
Sinead has given Miley her email address and said she doesn’t have time to come and meet her as she has 3 children at home but Miley should email her directly. She wrote “you again refered to me as crazy on TV and you don’t understand why I have been upset with you. I find that hard to understand since you’re far from being a stupid woman.
Miley has said “It’s all good. You can write as many open letters as you want. That’s what blogging is. I get open letters everyday – it’s nothing new to me”.
