Miley is still distraught over the death of her beloved dog Floyd and has hired a psychic to speak to the animal beyond the grave.
Melissa Bacelar claims she can connect with animals and sense their emotions and feelings towards their owner.
She remarked that Miley felt a huge amount of guilt for not being their when Floyd was attacked and killed.
After an array of twitter posts and a recent tattoo of him it's clear Miley is finding it hard to move on.
She added a new Rough Collie named Emu Coyne Cyrus to her litter in June but is adamant that the new addition doesn't and couldn't replace Floyd.
