Micheal Douglas who's going through a really hard time right now as he's in the middle of his separation from Catherine Zeta Jones was thrilled to win best actor in a miniseries or movie for his role as Liberace in Behind the Candelabra. The Steven Soderbergh film aired on HBO in the US, making it eligible for the Emmys rather than the Oscars. Michael had a good laugh thanking his behind the Candelabra co star Matt Damon, of course they were lovers on screenÂ…..
It was touching too as Michael thanked his wife Catherine and mentioned his son Cameron who's in prison for drug related crimes. He spent two years in solitary confinement and the judge has pretty much doubled his sentence after he was caught committing more drug crimes behind barsÂ…Â…Â…Â….
Triubtes were paid to late ‘Glee' actor Cory Monteith and ‘The Sopranos' James Gandolfini.
