Louis Tomlinson made his US TV debut as a solo artist last night. The One Direction star performed his new song 'Just Hold On' with Steve Aoki on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Louis' debut collaboration has hit number one
After the performance, Louis took to Twitter to thank fans for their support.
