Dublin's biggest day festival returns to Marlay Park this weekend. Acts like Mumford and Sons, the Weeknd and Stormzy are all set to headline Longitude, which is now sold out.
As has happened at most large events since the Manchester Arena attack, organisers have released a long list of safety rules for those heading along. Large backpacks, selfie sticks and brollies are banned and small bags (which are allowed) will be searched thoroughly.
"You will also be searched at the entrance to the event which may include a full body pat down and/or use of hand held metal detectors", a safety announcement explains. Those with tickets are being reminded to give themselves extra time for security screening.
Getting there and back
The handiest way to get to the festival is by bus. A number of companies are putting services on, but organisers say there will be a strict NO Alcohol Policy on them and if anyone turns up drunk they won't be allowed in. Gardai will also be patrolling the area to make sure no one is drinking on the streets and around people's homes.
You can also get the Luas to Dundrum where you can get a shuttle bus. For getting home, there will be taxi rank outside the festival at Supervalu on Ballinteer Avenue.

Safety
No one under 16 will be allowed in without an adult, and security will be checking ID. Organisers are reminding people to dress for all weathers and to check the forecast first.
Those heading to the festival are being asked to "note location of Entry / Exit Gates, Emergency Exits, First Aid Posts and Water Points."
Patrons are advised to be aware of their own personnel safety and security while attending these events, and to follow the instructions of security and gardai.
