WellFest health, fitness and wellness festival takes place this weekend in Herbert Park.
This year, for the very first time, festival goers will be able to benefit from cutting edge discussions on healthy eating in the dedicated Supervalu WellFood area, which will see top chefs and nutritionists leading cooking demonstrations, teaching attendees how to maintain a healthy lifestyle in the kitchen.
The Happy Pear twins, David Gillick and Daniel Davey are among the line up. Top trending Joe Wicks, the man behind the Lean in 15 phenomenon, and Sassy Gregson-Williams, ballerina, cookery author and creator of Naturally Sassy are just a few of the other names who will be taking to the stage in the area.
WellFest takes place on 6th and 7th May between 10am-6pm.
