The 16 year old reportedly asked the waiter 'Do you know who I am?' when ordering a drink.
When she was refused, she reportedly declared the establishment as 'f***ing lame' and 'not worth her time'.
At 16, Kylie is five years away from the legal drinking age in California, while her sister Kendall has just over another three years to go.
