Kim Kardashian's step-brother Brody Jenner is reportedly refusing to go to her wedding because his new girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter wasn't invited. Lindsay Lohan, Mel B and Demi Lovato, who attended Kim's last wedding have also been left off the guest list.
Kim is due to marry Kanye West on Saturday.
