James McAvoy and his wife Anne-Marie Duff are getting divorced, after nearly ten years of marriage.
There had been rumours for a while that the pair were on the verge of splitting, but an official statement has confirmed the news.
It said that they'd continue to have "friendship, love and respect for one another".
They first met on the set of comedy show Shameless, and have a five year old son together.
