Highs Of 26 Degrees Forecast This Weekend

Dust off your barbecues, this weekend is set to be a scorcher. According to Met Eireann, temperatures are set to reach 26 degrees tomorrow and Sunday in parts of the country.

Make sure to pack the Factor 50 as Saturday will be dry and sunny with top temperatures ranging from 22-26 degrees generally. The east coast is set to be the warmest. Connacht and west Ulster will be cloudier. 

Saturday night will be dry and clear with some outbreaks of rain mainly along north and northwest coasts. 

Sunday will be another warm, dry and sunny day with the slight chance of a few isolated showers. Temperatures are set to range between 20-25 degrees. It'll be cooler in the west and northwest with highs of 16-18 degrees forecast.

Monday and Tuesday are also set to be mainly dry days with a few sunny spells. It won't be as warm as the weekend with temperatures of 15 to 18 degrees in the west and north, but up the high teens or low 20s elsewhere. The south of the country will be the warmest.
