The final 5 have been chosen. Stephen, Conor, Grainne, Louise & Michelle all attended their opening assessment and nutrition plans to start them on their 12-week plan.

As the weeks tick by we’ll keep you up to speed with what’s going on here.

This week we’re focusing on the body treatments at The Greenhouse that are complimenting the our 5 winners challenge. The team have selected particular treatments to kick start the challenge as well as increase the effectiveness of their movement and nutritional efforts. While they get to have one Abhyanga massage each month they can also pick from two Bilogique Recherche Body Treatments.

The marma abhyanga massage is one of the Greenhouse’s energy massages  and rejuvenating full body massages. Designed to release blocked energy (physical & emotional) and bring balance to the doshas in the body, the massage techniques focus on stimulating the vital energy points throughout the body. You can see why it’s important to add this with the movement & nutritional elements over the 12-weeks.

The Greenhouse is the sole distributor of Biologique Recherche in Ireland & the treatment has a reputation for astounding effectiveness based on a clinical approach to body care using intentionally pure, concentrated, raw ingredients, as well as innovative and meticulous protocols and procedures.

The winners can also avail of an Biologique Recherche abdominal massage which will help them to eliminate toxins and excess water, helping reduce roundness in the belly area.

It’ll be interesting to see how everyone gets on over the weekend with Easter Eggs everywhere!

If you’d like more info on any of these treatments or on how you can take part in your own 12-week mind and body challenge you can click here.
