With only eleven days left until the Electric Picnic, the final seventeen acts set to play Stradbally Estate are unveiled.
Krystal Klear, Jenny Lewis, PHOX, We Cut Corners, The Minutes, Vann Music, Tvvins, Booka Brass Band, Sleep Thieves, Spies, The Academic, The Raglans, Orla Gartland, Buffalo Sunn, Daniel James, Acrobat and Wyvern Lyngo are all added to the line up.
The Manchester based house fiend KRYSTAL KLEAR will celebrate the end of the summer at Electric Picnic with his reliable source of disco-house-boogie concoctions, both with his originals and remixes. The Dublin bred producer moved to the UK just over four years ago and has established himself as a versatile DJ on the club circuit with his lush chord progressions, springy bass lines and boogie rhythms. His high energy DJ sets and knack for pulling out floor-filling anthems promise to keep crowds enraptured in Stradbally Estate.
American singer-songwriter and Indie Queen JENNY LEWIS, will this year take solo stage at Stradbally. Quite the turncoat-talent, Lewis credits child actress, musician, and singer-songwriter to her creative credentials, not to mention leading lady of Rilo Kiely. With new melancholic offerings in the form of her latest album, The Voyager, Lewis lays all emotions on the line with her intimate and finely detailed lyrics and entrancing melodies.
American six-piece alternative folk rock band PHOX are coming to Stradbally Estate festival ready having played Lollapalooza and the iTunes festival in London last year. Lead singer Monica Marten is sure to steal the show with her show-stopping hairdo, 50s style high-waisted skirts and very impressive voice.
