If you thought you'd had enough of the X Factor...think again.
The boot camp and judges' houses stages will be shown on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday night this year.
ITV says they don't have the space to accommodate a longer show on the Sunday night.
But it means X Factor will go head to head with the FIRST COMPETITIVE Strictly show, on Friday September 26th.
