You could travel half way around the world to go to an African Safari Park, or you could just head down to the Dundrum Summer Safari.
It has officially opened in Pembroke Square and is running right through the summer.
The Summer Safari features loads of wildlife-themed activities suitable for all the family!
At the centre of the Safari is a huge hot air balloon.
As well as getting photos on this life size hot air balloon, young explorers can wander the trails of Dundrum’s Wildlife Reserve.
Make sure you grab a selfie with the life-size animals on show, including a Lion, Giraffe, Elephant and more, all waiting to be discovered.
The Dundrum Summer Safari is great craic and is helping real animals in the process.
Every picture shared using #DundrumSafari, Dundrum Town Centre will donate €1 to Save the Rhino International.
Jump into the Safari Jeep, pop on a VR headset, and find yourself being transported to the African Savanna.
Every weekend there'll be loads of fun activities for the whole family, like face painting, arts and crafts, balloon artists and African dance and drumming classes.
After a busy day of shopping in the Dundrum Town Centre, grown ups can kick back with a refreshment in hand and watch the sun go down in the Sundowners Lodge.
Dundrum Summer Safari can be found in Pembroke Square (across from Wagamamas).
It is open weekdays 9am-9pm, Saturday 9am-7pm and Sunday 10am-7pm.
The experience is open now and running until September.
