Lindsay Lohan's mother has left court in a Rolls Royce after pleading not guilty on the charge of driving while intoxicated. Mark Heller who last represented Lindsay very oddly defended Dina's behaviour – he is pretty much the laughing stock of Hollywood. This is the same lawyer who said Lindsay has no alcohol addiction.
Check out his latest excuse for Dina Lohan being more than double over the limit – her ex-husband Michael has gotten the blame! He told reporters “She unfortunately stands no differently than millions and millions of other American women who have had to bring up their family in a father-less home. These single parents who have had to support up in this case 4 children without the benefit of a man in the house”.
He also mentioned the hardships she has gone through in the past including financial hardships and how she once almost lost her home yet went on to raise four children on her own.
Dina was released without bail as she has no previous convictions but she her driving licence has been suspended. She'll have to go back to court for another hearing on October 23rd. Her lawyer says he is confident that the judicial system will treated her with mercy.
