The producers of “Fifty Shades of Grey” are in a panic after Charlie Hunnam quit the movie. The reason he backed out was due to his TV schedule but insiders reckon it was because of the backlash from 50 Shades fans who don’t believe he’s the man for the job.
Charlie is from Newcastle and started off his career in “Byker Grove” and “Queer as Folk” before heading to America. He’s currently working on the TV series “Sons of Anarchy” but surely he was aware of his schedule before he agreed to do the movie?
Dakota Johnson will still play the role of Anastasia Steele but between their first choice turning down the role, and Charlie quitting, they’re running out of options as to who will play Christian Grey.
