David Duchovny says he'd be happy to reprise his role on The X-Files. There's been talks of a comeback this week, after Fox said it's in discussions to revive the series. Speaking to USA Today, David said he would be 'more than happy and excited to bring it back', but he would be more interested in a special or one off. He added: "I'm assuming that it will happen sooner rather than later now. We'll see what form, how many (episodes). Certainly I can't nor would I be interested in doing a full season. It will be in some kind of limited form. We're all old, we don't have the energy for a full season.
The original TV series ran from 1993 to 2002, spanning nine seasons and 202 episodes.
