She's told Elle magazine she 'wasn't well in the head' at the time.
The singer's also revealed when she found out she had been fired she sent a text to Simon.
The expletive filled message read: "F**k you, F**k Fox, F**k the orange and purple outfit. F**k the big hair. F**k the UK X Factor. F**k you all. I hate you."
