Cee Lo Green has appeared in court in LA after being accused of spiking a woman's drink in July 2012.
The 33 year old, who was seeing the singer at the time, has alleged he slipped an ecstasy tablet into her glass without her knowing.
The court heard how she brought the Voice USA coach back to her hotel - but in October a rape charge was rejected by the court.
Cee Lo who appeared in court yesterday with his current girlfriend, told the judge he intended to fight the drug allegation.
