Cyclists, experienced or otherwise, are being encouraged to join in a cycle for charity. It's all about creating awareness of COPD, or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and raising much-needed funds.
COPD Support Ireland is seeking cycling enthusiasts of all abilities to join in its forthcoming "Get Breathless for COPD" Cycle Challenge from Galway to Dublin.
The charity cycle, which is supported by A. Menarini, takes place on June 23 and 24, and legendary cycling champion, Seán Kelly will be taking part.
