Calling all BBQ lovers! Fancy learning how to perfect your BBQ skills and sink your teeth into some epic food? The Fire & Smoke Pitmaster Academy will take over Smithfield Square on May 26th and 27th with a deep south USA food experience that’ll tingle your taste buds.
Hosted by BBQ extraordinaire DJ BBQ and our very own Irish pitmaster expert Andy Noonan, there will be four sessions over two days. Participants will have the chance to get around a Deep South style fire pit, learning the arts of BBQ cooking from low ‘n’ slow cooking, to fire grilling, smoking and glazing.
The best bit? After your cooking class, you'll be served a banquet of all the foods you have learned to cook. With Deep South drinks and sharing platters of meat, it won’t disappoint.
