Corrie actress Barbara Knox has reportedly been arrested.
Aaccording to The Sun, police breathalysed and arrested her 56-year-old daughter on suspicion of drink-driving as she drove her mother home following an afternoon out in Cheshire.
The 80 year old actress, who plays Rita, later allegedly drove to the police station to demand her release. According to reports, she was then arrested for the same offence.
Barbara's been bailed until next month pending further inquiries.
