The Aware Harbour2Harbour Walk takes place on St. Patrick's Day, this Friday March 17th.
Thousands of people are expected to turn out for the annual walk taking place in Dublin for the 12th year.
The event raises funds that enable Aware to continue to deliver it’s often life-changing, and in some cases life-saving, services for individuals and families who are impacted by depression or bipolar disorder across the country.
Participants can start at Howth Harbour and walk to Dun Laoghaire Harbour or start at Dun Laoghaire Harbour and walk to Howth. The 16.2 mile route showcases the beauty of Dublin Bay, while a ‘halfway hooley’ awaits all participants on Berth 18, Dublin Port, close to the Eastlink toll bridge at the midway point.
Glenisk will be on site to giveaway free yogurt. There will also be King crisps and Cadbury chocolate for everybody!
