Calling all BBQ lovers - there's a festival taking place this weekend that you might be interested in.
Europe’s largest BBQ festival, The Big Grill, is coming to Herbert Park and it's all kicking off this Thursday 16th August, until Sunday 19th.
Over 20,000 visitors will attend the fifth edition of the festival and over 20 restaurants will join, with the only rule being they must cook with live fire using natural charcoal and wood only.
The festival celebrates the art of cooking with fire & smoke bringing chefs cooks and pitmasters from Ireland, UK and further afield.
And what’s a barbecue without a few cold ones?
The Big Grill will once again play host to a world class selection of drinks from all over Ireland and further afield. Schweppes 1783 are the official mixer partner and will host a special cocktail bar all weekend and will be joined by Dingle Gin and Jameson.
Franciscan Well, Brewtonic & O' Hara’s are just some of the finest craft beer and cider selections at a festival this year.
