Things are looking fairly toxic over in Snow Patrols camp!
It was announced last Friday that two members of Snow Patrol would be leaving the band and at that time, things seemed amicable.
Drummer Jonny Quinn and bassist Paul Wilson announced that they had quit the band, reportedly leaving frontman Gary Lightbody ‘heartbroken’
But now it seems the terms of departure aren’t as amicable as they appeared!
On the surface it looks like there’s serious beef going on because Jonny Quinn’s wife has got the claws out and brandished guitarist Johnny McDaid as ‘a snake’.

A fan asked for her thoughts on the split on Instagram. She revealed that her husband Jonny’s relationship with Gary and Nathan was good but she couldn’t say the same of others.
Speaking about Johnny McDaid (famously married to Friends star Courtney Cox) she added: “The last f***er is a snake though.”
She also went on to post a statement online praising Gary and Nathan, but blatantly left out Jonny McDaid.
The statement read: “I’m so incredibly proud of my husband and it’s with very mixed feelings Jonny is announcing his departure from the band.”
“So many amazing times, so many incredible people and experiences. I couldn’t have dreamt it.”
“Sad the reason for leaving is not the best, but excited about what lies ahead.”
“I wish Gary and Nathan all the best in moving forward, hopefully you can keep it together.”
A source for The Sun said tensions started rising in the band when it became clear Jonny and Paul deciding they no longer wanted to work with McDaid.
“There is a bit of bad blood with Johnny as far as some of the band are concerned.
But while none of them want to talk about it publicly at the moment, Mariane isn’t afraid to have a pop and say what she thinks.
It’ll all come out in the wash.”
It doesn’t look like that can be patched up very easily! We hope they can still keep going in the meantime
