Turns out if you have an Iphone 4 or newer and you have your location services turned on, your Iphone tracks where you have been and for exactly how long.
It even figures out your work place and where you live, based on the times and frequency of visits.

Now when you’re in System Services scroll down to Frequent Locations and take a look at where you've been for the last few weeks!
