Almost 1,000 people turned up to protest about anti-social behaviour at Balbriggan Garda Station last night.
467 of those signed a petition demanding the Gardai and local authorities act.
Protest organiser Shane Byrne joined Adrian Kennedy on Thursday morning's edition of Dublin Talks to reveal how bad he feels the problems are.
Other locals claimed gangs of "up to 40 youths" gather and cause trouble and fights on an almost nightly basis.
However, there are two sides to every story.
Some callers claimed Balbriggan is a "lovely place to live" and that these young people "have nothing to do"
We also spoke to one man who suggested the locals take matters into their own hands!
