An irate mother of 3, Rachel, called Dublin Talks today following an incident at Jimmy Chungs Chinese Buffet.
She claims that the restaurant tried to charge her €10.90 because her daughter ate TWO CHIPS and then she was verbally abused by staff when she refused to pay.
