Dogs: Their Secret Lives - Channel 4, 8pm

Oh sweet lord. The eyes. The ears. The paws. I want one. Vet Mark Evans uses secret camera footage to catch what beloved pooches do when the adults are away and they can be bauuuuled. The reactions of the owners are always priceless, disclaiming that their Rex or Spot would never do anything bad. Next thing you see Rex spark up a fag and raid the drinks cabinet. (Ok, they just wreak the gaff a bit but wouldn't my scenario be great)

Tonight with trainer Tamsin Durston they tackle a chihuahua who won't stop pissing everywhere and two German Shepard sisters who hate each other so much that they've created a figurative Maginot Line in the house.

Celebrity Masterchef - BBC 1, 9pm

To me, the kitchen is the place that has the kettle thus making it the most important room in the house but as for the other things in there..... they could disappear and I wouldn't notice. That doesn't mean I can't appreciate other people cooking and if it's on TV, all the better as I won't want to eat everything. Celebrity Masterchef returns for a new series tonight with ghost hunter Yvette Fielding, Trish Potter from Holby City, Chesney bloomin' Hawkes (!), Girls Aloud's Sarah Harding and former Emmerdale star Sheree Murphy. John and Greg will of course be there making sounds no one should ever hear in real life. Greg's especially. *SMACK SMACK SMACK.
