Josh Ponte is described as the real life Tarzan, having left his steady job in the UK to study Gorillas in the wilds of Africa.
Living with 16 orphaned gorillas, Josh spent two years with the animals who he described as incredibly 'human like':
"Like us, they are completely different in character, some are trustworthy, some are kind, some are naughty, some are mischievous, and there was one that was particularly bad at climbing trees!"
Josh worked on The Legend of Tarzan as the key African advisor and helped the crew discover some of the stunning filming locations used in the movie.
