That's Michael Noonan and Brendan Howlin putting on their best selfie faces before they delivered the budget yesterday. From the looks of them, you'd think that you were in for a treat but no.
The one thing that is guaranteed is that the budget speech is going to be interminably boring; you'd prefer to go to the gym than sit through it, or do the ironing; hell, you'd go to mass rather than try to pay attention to what's going on in Leinster House. Or that's the way it usually is but not if you caught your budget news on The Ray Foley Show as we delivered the very first Funky Budget.
