A Man in Northern Ireland smashed in his neighbour's windows after he got fed up with hearing Nathan Carter's Wagon Wheel being played on repeat.
The man, who appeared in court yesterday, is said to have stormed up a communal stairwell shouting "If I hear Wagon Wheel one more time, I'm going to break that stereo".
Defence for the accused, said that his client believed the song, playing on repeat, was 'a form of psychological torture'.
