This morning on Dublin Talks we had a discussion on father's right after we were contacted by a man whose ex girlfriend wants to meet his new girlfriend before she "allows" her to meet their daughter. She wants to give his new girlfriend the "go ahead" and is very annoyed about it!
We asked if the mother is right to want to meet his new girlfriend or if it is spiteful and unnecessary.
During the conversation a woman named Noelle rang in to say that she believes that mothers should have ALL the rights and that a child doesn't NEED a father. She repeatedly used the sentence "mammy's know best" which annoyed A LOT of you!!
We heard from a father who is divorced and was sickened by Noelle's comments and also from a father who has also had issues with the mother of his son who he is separated from.
The debate became extremely explosive and we heard from loads of callers who wanted to speak to Noelle and set her straight!!
