With the news just out that Rita Ora has quit the X Factor judging panel, Louis Walsh has finally confirmed he is returning to the show.
Just a couple of months ago, Louis travelled to LA to have talks with Simon Cowell, so it's a move that nearly everyone was expecting.
Louis is said to have signed a six figure deal and will return for the 12th series.
There's also speculation this morning that Nicole Scherzinger is set to take Rita Ora's place.
That just leaves one spot left to fill the gap left by Nick Grimshaw.
