98FM's weekly sports show "Now That's What I Call Sport" airs every Sunday morning from 9-10am.

Presented by myself Johnny Lyons, this week's show broadcast on Sunday October 19th features the following guests :

1. Matt O'Connor -

Poor oul Matt's under the cosh after some pretty poor recent Leinster performances.

The Blues were down and out at half time in the big derby against Munster at the Aviva and, by the end of the day, they were even more down and out!

Without putting too fine a point on it, they were slaughtered.

Not only that, they were as meek as the meekest of lambs to the slaughter !

Interestingly, coach Matt doesn't think they lacked passion or intensity.

O'Connor does concede they were a tad naive.

For more nuggets of wisdom and to hear his opinions on how Leinster will get on in their opening European Champions Cup opener against Wasps at the RDS on Sunday, tune into 98 on Sunday morning !

2. Ronan O'Gara -

A legend of Irish rugby, true red ROG isn't the easiest of interviewees!

Ronan for sure won't be taken for a ride by any of us journos!

A most thoughtful subject, Ronan pores over every question and dissects it to a hair's breadth of it's meaning.

Which means you better be on your game when you're on the other side of the microphone!

Anyways, ROG thinks Leinster won't suffer any long standing hangover from the Munster mauling and that they should take the sting out of Wasps and just be too good for the pesky English insects !

And Ronan remember one thing my friend - I ask the bleedin' questions !

3. Tommy Bowe -

The most versatile of backs, it's good to see Tommy in the groove again after recent bad luck with injuries.

The Ireland and Ulster winger believes Leinster will have a difficult game on Sunday but that they're good enough to hurdle any obstacles that are chucked at them.

And Tommy reveals he doesn't mind wearing the hallowed number 13 jersey as long as it means he's in the starting line up !

4. Shane Byrne -

Always great to have Shaner on the show.

And what a jack of all trades Shane is - a top class hooker, waste disposal expert, You're A Star participant and Come Dine With Me entrant.

To paraphrase AC/DC " you could say he's got it all" !

Oh and he possesses a mullet most felines would be proud of !

Shane will give his expert opinions on the Leinster opener and reply to what some of what Matt O'Connor will have said.

5. Malachi Doyle -

Malachi's involved with St Brendan's of Grangegorman and they're starting a Girls and Boys GAA Nursery for the first time ever which will cater for the areas around the Gorman, Stoneybatter, Arbour Hill and Smithfield.

We'll hear from Malachi why they're doin' it now and chew the cud about the history of the club which was founded in 1920 and has featured the likes of Dubs legend Dessie Farrell and the Wexford great Martin Storey in their ranks.

Competition :

Tix for Leinster against Wasps at the RDS on Sunday.

Thanks,

Johnny.
