Dundalk play Longford in the first of the FAI Cup semi finals on Friday night.
Dundalk Captain Stephen O'Donnell and Longford skipper Stephen Rice joined Jamie Moore and Darren Cleary on the League of Ireland Podcast to look ahead to the game.
The lads also gave their thoughts on The Conroy Report into what state the League of Ireland is in and what can be done to improve it.
Jamie spoke to author Declan Conroy while John O'Sullivan was also on the phone about his ten ways to improve the league.
Jamie and Darren also looked at some of the other games this weekend. Galway v Sligo in the SSE Airtricity League Premier Division and Bohemians vs Shamrock Rovers in the Leinster Senior Cup semi-final.
