Yesterday, Naomi Campbell was announced as the new face of Newbridge Silverwear. It's a brand, Naomi says, she's been aware of since her days of living in Dublin with ex-fiance Adam Clayton. Naomi is taking over from the fabulous Amy Huberman but did you know who the face of Newbridge was before Amy? It was JP. Our very own pint-sized poser.
Yes, the picture is of Ray modelling a beautiful piece of jewellery and, if i may say so, he's doing it wonderfully but JP was Newbridge's spokes-face from 2011 - 2012. All the pictures are gone because he was just too good; too intimidating; too beautiful for the modelling world but we do still have his radio ad for Newbridge.
It's hot stuff so have a towel at the ready.
Naomi has a lot to live up to.
