Dubliner Richie Foran was appointed Manager of Scottish Premier League side Inverness Caledonian Thistle last month.
The 36 year old played for the club for seven years and replaces John Hughes.
The SPFL season kicks off on Saturday August 6th with Inverness making the trip to play Partick Thistle.
Richie will have to make the move from being club captain and one of the ‘lads’ in the dressing room, to being the manager.
He says that won’t be a problem and that he is not "mates" with his former teammates any more.
The Dub was also asked if he's going to let his wife help him in his new job.
Ex Manager Terry Butcher's missus was responsible for signing Richie.
Foran joined Jamie Moore as part of our ‘Irish Abroad' Series on Now That’s What I Call Sport on Sunday morning.
He’s looking forward to pitting his wits against new Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers and managing against Rangers.
