This morning on Dublin Talks we spoke to a lady who told us she regularly posts nearly nude pictures of herself on her social media accounts because she says "I work hard for the body I have and I want to show it off".
She told us she believes that women should be proud of themselves and should feel proud to show off what they have because it is "empowering".
We asked if you agree with what she is doing or if it is inappropriate?
Many callers rang in to say they support her and said "fair play, if you've got it flaunt it" - though many callers also said that it is "attention seeking" and is "sending out the wrong message".
Adrian was very vocal with his thoughts on it and things became very tense on air.
