Any X-Files fan worth their little green man pin knows that the show is returning in January 2016 for a 6, hopefully glorious, episode run. They'll have learned from their disastrous second foray into the movie world with 'The X-Files: I Want To Believe', won't they?
January does seem like a very long time away so could they do something to help a fan out? Course they could cause they are sound like that and real life friends. Last night at The Cutting Room in NYC, Gillian Anderson joined David Duchovny on stage to sing Neil Young's 'Helpless.
Ok, the singing isn't the best. You even see Gillian put her finger in her ear to try to find the key but to be fair, the crowd was just 'yahooing' at that stage. The singing isn't the point.... did you see the fist bump? Oh. God. Yes.
In this one, they kiss at the end. You know you wanna see that.
And in this one, Gillian's got the moves with a tambourine, man.
God, I love them. Friendship GOALS.
Oh yeah, you may want to know why in god's name they were singing on stage with a band in the first place. David, my good buddy, released an album, 'Hell or Highwater' yesterday so....... yeeeeeaaaaaahhhhh.....
