This morning on Dublin Talks we discussed the latest shocking incident of animal cruelty in Dublin.
Last Thursday a horse was abandoned beside a canal in Ballyfermot and left to die. Charity organisation "My Lovely Horse" called out to tend to the horse on Saturday but sadly there was nothing they could do to save her and she had to be put to sleep.
We spoke to Martina from the organisation who told us what they witnessed when they found the horse and told us about what kind of state she was in.
We then heard from a caller who upset many of you with his "it's only a horse" and "who cares" attitude.
