Today on Dublin Talks we spoke to a Dublin guy about his utter horror and disbelief at something very disturbing which he found yesterday on a Dublin Bus in Lucan.
He is now warning everyone , especially elderly people and those with young children, to be extremely careful. This could have some VERY serious consequences if not spotted!!
What we want to know is, why would anyone do such a horrid and cruel thing???
