Dr Eva is probably best known for her controversial role on RTE's Operation Transformation where she earned herself the nickname of Dr. Evil after making a contestant cry!
Most recently she scared the bejaysus out of the Irish public with her documentary Sugar Crash, which opened our eyes to the insane amount of sugar found in everyday foods.
And now Dr. Eva is back on our screens tonight in the second episode of TV3's The Restaurant. Each week on the show, a celeb takes their turn to cook for the hungry clientelle and a panel of pernickety critics.
